Someone Normal

My name is Darren Baird and I live in Melbourne, Australia.  I have two wonderful kids and a spectacular  wife and life.

I have worked in technology as it relates to financial services for fourteen years.

Having spent the last six years in senior positions I have developed obsessions with two subjects.  Leadership and user centric design for technology.

As a student of both I do not profess to hold all of the answers (and make massive mistakes of my own) however am committed to the development of a universal principle that results in a shift toward everything in the world being designed for people.
